RK Tech Bulletin – August 2019

In the latest edition of the RK Environmental Services Technical Bulletin we discuss non-conforming product programs when products are identified as not meeting specifications. We also take a look at the black soldier fly, a fly often confused with wasps but pose no danger to humans.  In this issue, we also examine a case study involving a “Presumptive positive” for Listeria in a commercial kitchen.
